 Very poor time management and customer skills. The front desk LADY Francis is awful. My original appt time was 9:10am, I got told by this lady Francis that the GP was running late 15mins, and i told her i would be back in 15mins then. I was back in 15mins, then this lady told me the GP got the patient after me in already 2mins ago. In this whole scenario, she didnt consider patients as clients in the clinic, she didnt do her own job properly that a simple call to inform me could have solved this unpleasant experience. She gave me a dirty look as if I am the one at fault. But u know what, at the end of the day, because they are bulk bill clinic, they don't care about patients' feelings. Lets face it. I am a local resident, and I wont be going back to them again.
