Worst company ever - INTELLISOFT TECHNOLOGIES

 

They will suck your blood and sweat out. Micromanaging the employees work timing. Even for a minute gone, you have to give justification in their so called MIS. HRs are the worst, always busy in some work but never available to address your concerns. Sales guys will send you to clients place and then you will be treated like outsider both at client site as well as company site. Accounts team are worse will fight with you incase of pay dispute, threatening you. Most of the TLs and Managers are worst, you will always feel like an outsider amongst them. They have a group at onsite amongst themselves and they don't let anyone non marathi be a part of that group. That's the worst thing

Everything above is a con, had such a pathetic and frustating experience with them. It feels bad. Bond is the worst thing they can do to an employee and then middle level management is all looters, the top level doesn't have any idea and even if they do, they can't do much because this middle level management has a collective group to influence the masses.
